Inspired by the open golden sands & sweeping vistas of Ettrick Bay on the west of the island. Ettrick is a citrus forward London dry style gin, vapour distilled with grapefruit, orange, lime & camomile resulting in an open refreshing gin reminiscent of summer days and sunshine.
Our recommend pour is a quality tonic and an inch or two of grapefruit or other citrus peel - Top tip a potato peeler will get the perfect peel.
